Leadership Principles
The Illuminate Study Guide is a packet inluding a copy of the Illuminate booklet for study participants and a four-page leaflet of supplemental material for each lesson. Study goals, discussion questions, and lesson application along with the supplemental commentary provide useful tools for the study leader.
Moses never had it easy. Nor does anyone who assumes the number one leadership role for a large number of people. Ezra, Nehemiah, and Esther each were thrust into positions of leadership during the turbulent times of Israel's exile and post-exilic reconstruction back in Jerusalem. From each of them we can learn principles of leadership that are just as relevant today as they were in ancient times.
